Blessed with a location in the heart of Manchester city centre we are convenient to all the shops, museums, bars, nightclubs, entertainment & live music venues!
The main sporting arenas and stadiums are also close to hand – City of Manchester Stadium is a short bus trip away (or a brisk walk) and Old Trafford "Theatre of Dreams" is 15 minutes away on via tram.

IMPORTANT NOTE The images within these guides are at least one year old now and some of the landmarks have changed. Notable the exit signs in Piccadilly Station no longer look like they do on our photo.

Step 1.
In Piccadilly Station follow the Way Out signs.
NOTE These no longer look like this (sorry!!)
Step 2.
Exit Piccaddilly Station through Way out 1 and City link bus.
NOTE Again, this sign no longer looks like this... :-S
Step 3.
Once outside this is what you will see looking down the hill.
1 = Malmaison.
Step 4.
Walk down the hill to the pedestrian lights at the bottom and cross over carrying straight on. You are now on London Road.
Step 5.
Follow London Road until you pass the 'Piccadilly Tavern' on your right. Just after this turn right onto Newton Street.
NOTE The Piccadilly Tervern is no longer there!
Step 6.
As you turn right onto Newton Street The Hatters is approximately 300 yards up, on your right (after the first set of traffic lights).

Step 7.
Continue along Newton Street and across the lights, towards The Hatters (located on the right at corner of a cross roads).
Step 8.
Da Daa! You're here. Once you see our glowing green hat you know you have safely arrived at The Hatters.

Chorlton Street Bus Station.
Step 2.
Opposite Chorlton Street Bus Station you will see these two chaps scaling a building. Head towards them.
Step 3.
As you pass the two 'climbers' (step 2) you will be heading towards Portland Street and you will reach this corner. Turn right here and continue down Portland Street until you reach....
Step 4.
...Portland and Piccadilly junction. Cross here and you will be heading in the direction of the arrow.
2 = The Hatters in the distance.
Step 5.
Having crossed the road safely turn left onto Newton Street.
NOTE All the scaffolding in this picture is long gone!
Step 6.
Continue along Newton Street, crossing a road with traffic lights. The Hatters is ahead on your right. (On the corner of the next cross roads).
Step 7.
Da Daa! You're here. Once you see our glowing green hat you know you have safely arrived at The Hatters.
